Peachy Chat Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect your account info, chat messages, and attachments only to make Peachy Chat work. We don't sell your data, we don't train AI on it, and we don't let our LLM providers train on it either.

What we collect

• Account information — your user ID and email address
• Chat messages you send
• Attachments you upload

Why we collect it

To process your requests. When you send a message, we forward it to an LLM provider to generate a response.

What we don't do

• Sell your data
• Use your data for advertising
• Train AI models on your conversations
• Share your data with third parties for their own purposes

LLM providers

You choose which provider to use: OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. We use these providers under agreements that prohibit them from training on your data.

Data storage & retention

Your data is stored in the United States, protected with encryption. We retain data for one year. If you delete your account, your data is deleted immediately.

Deleting your data

Contact support@peachy.chat to delete your account and data.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Peachy Chat.
